What types of tests are available?

We offer two types of tests: Nasal swab RT-PCR tests and Rapid Antigen tests. Viral PCR tests are used to help determine whether you are currently infected with COVID-19 and are performed with a nasal swab sample. Our partner labs strictly follow the CDC procedure for RT-PCR detection of COVID-19 and are authorized under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization. Antigen tests are rapid tests used to help determine if you are currently infected with COVID-19 with results in 15 minutes. The BD Veritor System for Rapid Detection of SARS-CoV-2 is a chromatographic immunoassay for the direct and qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens in nasal swabs from patients. It is authorized under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization. In addition, the labs we use are CLIA certified and meet all required standards and guidelines.

How long should I quarantine if my viral PCR test is positive?

You should quarantine for 14 days in accordance with current CDC guidelines.

How long will it take to receive my test results?

Antigen rapid tests deliver results in approximately 15 minutes. Viral PCR Tests typically yield results in 24-72 hours.

What safety precautions are taken to avoid contracting and spreading the virus?

All staff wear full PPE including masks, sheilds and eye-protection for every visit. In addition all of our staff members are being temperature checked and screened for symptoms themselves on a daily basis.

Do I need insurance to utilize this service?

Our service of collection of the sample and interpretation of results is not covered by insurance.

How will I receive my results?

Your result will be sent to you via email or text as soon as we have final results from the lab.

Which types of group and corporate testing can you administer?

We offer catered testing solutions for all types of groups and corporate needs. This includes schools, film productions, event testing, preflight clearance testing, on set testing, and pod testing.

What is your cancellation policy?

For any at home cancelations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, guests will be offered to change appointment to a future date but will not receive reimbursement.
